Auto-detect building shape (optional)
Estimate each property's shape from its building footprint (OpenStreetMap), falling back to an aerial-image read by Claude when no footprint exists. Needs a mapped Address column to be present. Review the result before relying on it — hover the Shape column for the source and metrics.
